Joy of a Toy ANBI!
Autumn 2008 Joy of a Toy became a foundation. We already mentioned the following at that time
Foundation Joy of a Toy has been granted an ANBI-status
by the Dutch tax authorities.
This status is given for an undefined time span, as
the tax office wrote us last March. Just to be complete we let you, readers, know that the tax authorities are always able to check whether the foundation still
meets the conditions. Of course we will let you know as soon as something
would change in this status but, obviously, that is not very likely at the moment.
The ANBI-status gives every donor of Joy of a Toy the possibility of taking the donations to the Foundation into account when it comes to filling in the tax details. Of course this can give the donor some advantage when making up the final tax computations. So: when filling in the tax form of 2009, keep your information about your donation(s) to Joy of a Toy around and use them if you like.
