Policy Plan and ANBI

Since 1 January 2014 new regulations are in place concerning ANBI’s (Dutch tax structure for public benefit organizations). This page provides in these regulations. Below one can download the Policy Plan 2014-2018 (in Dutch) of the Foundation Joy of a Toy. Nearly all the information as demanded by the Dutch tax authorities can be found in the Policy Plan. The financial reports, also necessary because of the new rules, can be found elsewhere on this site. Below one can also download the Strategic Plan of the Kalwala Community Centre (KCC).
